Meet Your New Vein Physician, Dr. Turk
Dr. Turk earned her B.S. in Biology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from Pennsylvania State University before continuing her medical education at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree.
She went on to complete her Internal Medicine Residency and is board-certified in Internal Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine.
Before joining Physicians Vein Clinics, Dr. Turk spent 10 years as a nocturnist hospitalist, caring for patients in a hospital setting and gaining valuable experience managing a wide range of medical needs.
Her previous background in internal medicine provides a sturdy foundation for evaluating patients and developing individualized approaches.
