Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and implement business strategies

  • Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success to drive growth

  • Oversee daily operations and analyze data and metrics for company performance

  • Be an excellent motivator for other employees and establish accountability.

  • Works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Administrative Officer on all matters related to the business to set company performance goals.

  • Develop, implement, and manage operational policies and procedures.

  • Finds solutions to complex problems by breaking down complicated issues and communicating effectively to the Executive Team.

  • Establish consistent processes throughout the organization.

  • Responsible for oversight, input and developing best practices for operations.

  • Prepare operational reports and management reports to monitor KPI’s of the organization.

  • Oversight of both Operational Staff and Marketing staff.

  • Implement and administer HR hiring process, onboarding, and policies as well as manage employee benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Finance, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related technical field.

  • 5+ years of management experience involved with operations, business development, sales, or related area.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail as well as time management skills.

  • Experience with sales strategy development, and sales leadership.

  • Advanced proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Self-starter who is highly motivated to achieve the growth objectives of the organization.

  • Exceptional track record of leadership.

  • Resourceful and analytical with exceptional communication skills.

  • Able to create and manage processes, develop standards, and assess and communicate operations performance/performance management.
